Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. To ensure fairness and transparency, Summit MRCOG Ltd. has established the following refund policy for "The Summit MRCOG Revision Programs" in accordance with UK consumer law:

- Full Refund Eligibility:

The customer is entitled to a full refund upon request, provided the request is made prior to the advertised course starting date.

- After Course Start Date:

No refunds can be made once the course start date has passed.

Cancellation Policy

While we make every effort to ensure that all revision programs proceed as planned, Summit MRCOG Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or curtail a course due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Cancellation Prior to Start Date:

If any of the revision programs have to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances prior to the advertised start date, the customer will be entitled to a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the notification of cancellation.

- Curtailment After Start:

If any of the revision programs are curtailed prior to completion of the full course, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the percentage of the course completed at the time of cancellation. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the request.
